Our Sales Selection Training program is designed to teach hiring teams a five-step process that eliminates salespeople who won’t succeed from the ones who will. Our training program takes all of this and more into account as we train your team on the best questions to ask and the right answers to look for when hiring new sales members.
During this one-day session, we cover eight modules that take learners from building out the criteria needed for the new sales role to onboarding the candidate successfully. We provide learners with tools and templates that reinforce the training and ensure its effectiveness and success.
